When we were busy exploring all things unicorn, another installment from the mythical universe called Mermaid Toasts entered our lives! How did we welcome them though? Diving around like Aerial and with stars in our eyes! As interesting as the name sounds, this new food trend looks super delectable and has had us swooning ever since we learnt about it. The creator who is also responsible for blessing us with unicorn toasts made these beauties by putting together blue green algae powder and homemade almond milk cheese. Also not to forget, the brilliant splatter of golden flecks that are responsible for that extra magical touch. Sounds yummy, right?
As we are all about pretty colours, the pastel tones that crowd this space have had us interested so much that we now plan to introduce the hues in our jewellery wardrobes too. Fashion jewellery has been our forever love and on most occasions we are only planning on how to introduce new trends in our everyday wardrobes. While fashion accessories have an ever-changing nature and we always want to stay on top of experimentation, we decided to take the beautiful blue-green colour of this mermaid toast and inspire our jewellery ootds with it.
Be it a long necklace or a layered necklace, moonstone embellished pieces in a pale mint blue colour might just prove to be the perfect accessory for your beach parties or evening outings. The gorgeous layers of the blue green algae blend so well with the cream cheese that they create a visual palette of magical blues! Sea green, azure, turquoise jewellery etc. can all be worn with your summery dresses and neutral co-ordinates to infuse this colour in your everyday outfits. Think chunky tassel earrings in this colour and white tunics; we vouch that it would serve as the perfect breezy portrait picture.
As summers are all about wearing floral prints and flaunting pretty colours, we are going to be incorporating more of this colour in all our baubles. As tassels seem not to stop and have resurged in a greater way with pom poms, we plan to conquer those spaces too. We are basically going to drown in this greenish-blue hue until summer says goodbye and we would like to toast this new discovery with limonana of course. What's that now? It's lemonade brought together with mint leaves and has that brilliant green colour. No brownie points on guessing why we have chosen this drink.
